600th Anniversary of Agincourt 1415

Image description

2015 is the 600th anniversary of the battle of Agincourt. Immortalised by Shakespeare, the story of Henry V and his band of Brothers is one of the most famous battles in English history. Henry was also following in the footsteps of King Edward III, who sixty five years  earlier  had landed in Normandy, fought the French at Crecy and then marched to Calais.
